Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CF7 Mate ("the Plugin"), the cf7mate.com website ("the Site"), and any licenses purchased from us ("PlugPress", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Each plan grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro version of the Plugin on a number of WordPress sites:
- Starter — 1 site
- Business — 5 sites
- Agency — unlimited sites + white-label rights
"Site" means a distinct WordPress installation, identified by domain. A staging or local copy of a live site does not count against your seat limit.
2. Lifetime updates and support
All plans include lifetime updates and email support for the lifetime of the product. We don't anticipate ending the product, but if we did, you'd receive at least 12 months' notice and continued access to your existing version.
3. Permitted use
You may install and use the Plugin on the number of sites permitted by your plan. You may modify the Plugin for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the Plugin or any of its source code.
4. Prohibited use
- Sharing your license key publicly or with parties outside your organization.
- Reverse-engineering license-validation code to bypass plan limits.
- Using the Plugin to send spam, build deceptive forms, or violate applicable law.
License violations may result in deactivation of your license without refund.
5. Payment and billing
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which Lemon Squeezy calculates and remits on our behalf. All payments are one-time — there are no recurring charges.
6. Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase under our Refund Policy.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it stable across WordPress and Contact Form 7 updates, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every possible third-party theme or plugin.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlugPress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the cf7mate.com website. Continued use of the Plugin after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlugPress is registered.
