We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every CF7 Mate license.

If CF7 Mate isn't the right fit, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no callbacks, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address used to purchase.
2. Include your order number (from your purchase confirmation email).
3. Optional: a one-line reason so we can keep improving.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method via our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.

What's covered

• Any plan (Starter, Business, Agency).
• Any purchase made within the last 30 calendar days.
• Full refund — not partial, not store credit.

What's not covered

• Purchases older than 30 days.
• Renewals of any subscriptions that may have existed for legacy customers (CF7 Mate is now a one-time purchase — this won't affect new customers).
• Refunds requested after license abuse (e.g., using the license on more sites than the plan allows).

After a refund

Your license key will be deactivated. The plugin will continue to function in free-feature mode — you simply won't receive Pro updates or support.
